When you are ready to book your holiday at Casa de Sueño call us on one of the numbers above or send an email. This is the booking procedure.

1. Make telephone or email enquiry to make a provisional booking. We will hold the provisional booking in your name for 10 days. We will also send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions straight away. A telephone enquiry is not considered a confirmed booking.
   
2. Complete the booking form, send 20% deposit with booking form and signed terms and conditions within 10 days. Allow 4 working days for cheques to clear.
   
3. It is strongly advised that you book your travel tickets and adequate travel insurance at the same time as sending your deposit.
   
4. If your deposit is not received within 10 days we cannot guarantee the requested dates.
   
5. Once your deposit, booking form and signed terms and conditions are received we will confirm your booking in writing and the deposit becomes non-refundable.
   
6. The balance of your holiday plus the security deposit of £150 must be paid by 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If not, this will be considered a cancellation.
   
7. Once the balance is paid, only the security deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Terms and Conditions Summary

Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 adults plus a baby in a cot

Villa available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning and maintenance to be carried out. Please bear this in mind when making travel arrangements.

Payment Terms: 20% deposit to confirm booking, balance payable 8 weeks before holiday plus £150 refundable security bond. The price of the holiday is non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance is taken out.

No bookings taken from under 21's, single sex parties, stag or hen parties.

No smoking inside villa.

Safety in and around the villa including pool is the hirer's responsibility.

Villa towels and linen provided but not beach towels.
